| COMPANY HISTORY |
| Beumer Realty was
founded in 1982 by Theodore "Ted Sr." H. Beumer-Broker, after retiring from the
United States Navy, upon completion of 38 years active service. Ted
Sr. was the sole provider
of personalized Realty Service until around 1993 when his son "Ted A." joined
the business. A staff of three licensed agents soon joined Ted
Sr. to form a "Responsive
Team" to better provide a "Full Service Realty Operation", yet retaining
the very important personalized service the organization was founded upon. This staff now
includes agents Ted "Ted A" Anthony Beumer,
Rosa Ridgeway, Nicole Johnson, Diane Cote, Mary
Westbrook, Pat Azab, Linda Landers and Charles "Jack"
Walton. From the beginning, Key Concepts Realty, Brenda L. Beumer-Broker, and Sharon L.
Beumer-Broker, have been sister owned operations further expanding the Full Realty Service
Concept. Alice H. Beumer, Ted Sr.'s wife, is a licensed Agent/Property Manager
associated with their daughter's office Key Concept's Realty. |

| The founder and
still Broker, Ted Sr. has been licensed since 1968 in Missouri and since 1975 in Florida and
has acquired extensive exposure in sales and property management. He is a successful
investor in his own right and can assist favorably in this area. The balance of the team
have about three years experience each and bring the latest training and technology into
action. |
